This will remove your e-mail address from our mailing list and you will no longer receive our e-newsletter. This site and its content is made available for the purpose of shopping online. By ordering a product on this website, you agree to pay for the products ordered at the purchase price confirmed in the order confirmation e-mail you will receive from us after placing your order on our website. The price on our order confirmation e-mail will be calculated as follows :

+ Product price as displayed at the time of order (incl GST)
+ Courier charges (if applicable)
- any discounts (promotional discounts, etc.)
= Purchase price confirmed by order confirmation e-mail.

Telescopes.net.nz is part of Tika Marketing Ltd. Matakana. Together with your delivery, you will receive a Tax invoice issued by Tika Marketing Ltd. showing the product price, delivery charges (if any) and discounts (if any).

Our products come with a 1 year warranty. Please keep the tax invoice you will receive with your delivery as proof of purchase.

Delivery is free of charge within New Zealand for purchase amounts of NZD 200 or greater. For other purchases, the delivery charge is calculated on the weight of the delivery. You will see the full delivery charge before completing your purchase. The anticipated delivery time will be 2-3 working days after receipt of your payment unless an item ordered is out of stock in which case you will be notified of the expected additional delay within the usual expected delivery time.

On occasion not all items ordered will be available in stock: We will, at our discretion, deliver the goods available at the time and the rest as soon as they become available. We will keep you informed about the expected delivery time of the missing item.
